This documentary’s main focus is on New Orleans and contemporary brass band music. This documentary outlines history around the brass band music in New Orleans and the culture and people involved with this music genre. This project began in 2009 by three companions in New Orleans and musicians, band members, rappers, writers and artists have been interviewed.

Horror filled times of war…The Holocaust and its survivor stories are definitely not for the faint of heart. However in these horror stricken times can love still prevail? Is it even possible? This documentary is about the incredible love story of one woman and one man who survived the real horrors of the Holocaust and came together in the hardest of times and circumstances. They went on to marry and bear children and grandchildren. Now at 85 years of age (as of 2011) this brave, courageous woman who was not afraid to love in the midst of death and fear, chronicles her love story.
Asif Zamir takes fierce pride to hear a story such as this one, especially since many deny such events ever took place and is glad to be able to support documentary projects like this.
